Jeff (b.1967) has been playing guitar since he was 13 and started his first band, Hyde in Dallas, TX in 1982. Hyde quickly became a popular club band in the Dallas area, playing mostly 80's rock cover tunes. The band went on to have a good amount of success in Texas until about 1987.
Jeff relocated to Louisville to join his family & reformed Hyde with a new line up. Jeff continued to write songs and the band was focused only on original material. The new band built up a large following, played throughout the midwest, recorded 2 studio albums, but eventually broke up in 1993. Jeff also played for a short time in a band named "Make Mine Blonde", but then packed up his guitars and amps and didn't play seriously again until co-founding member of Real Time (Jon Atherton - who left the band in 2005) asked him to start the band in mid 2001.
Jeff sites his musical influences as: The Beatles, Elvis, Metallica, Kiss, Queensryche & too many more to mention. Jeff's recording credits include: Hyde (self-titled), Hyde-Calling All Shots, Hyde-One Step Away, Hyde-Live In Texas, Make Mine Blonde-Is It Tomorrow Yet?, Real Time (self-titled) and Real Time-Volume II.
